1. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is final and non-cancellable.

2. Event Cancellation

A non-refundable fee applies in case of cancellation by the client.

3. Outstanding Payments

Outstanding dues must be cleared within the agreed timeline. Delays may incurr interest charges.

4. Rework and Changes

Additional revisions beyond agreed limits may incurr extra charges.

5. Timely Payments and Penalties

Late payments may result in project suspension until dues are cleared.

6. Payment Terms

A 50% advance payment is required. Final delivery only after full payment.
